1. Shipping Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be delayed slightly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping Option: Near or about near Fort Belvoir, VA

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days Cost: Standard USPS, UPS or FEDEX Shipping Rates.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days prices will vary on location.

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day will vary on location

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information will be provided, so you can monitor the status of your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your package was damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  •  To be eligible for exchanges or returns custom must contact us with 5 business days or receiving purchased item.

  • All Sales are final no refunds.
